Executive Director – Aren Hakobyan, born on September 18th, 1980. He has graduated from the Economic Department of the Yerevan State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Has occupied managerial positions in leading companies. He is also an entity providing investment services (broker dealer, underwriter) in the Company or on its behalf.
Chief Accountant – Alexander Mirzoyan, born on June 18th, 1983. In 2006 has graduated from the Department of Cybernetics of the State Engineering University of Armenia with a Master’s degree. In 2009 has graduated from the Financial Department of the State Economic University with a Master’s degree. Has been working in the Company since 2006.
Internal Auditor – Ruben Melkonyan, born on September 28th, 1978, in Yerevan, in a family of a public officer. In 2001 has graduated from the Economic Department of the Yerevan State University with a bachelor’s degree, and later has received also a Master’s degree. In 2001 has become a postgraduate student at the Economic Policy and Management Department of the Yerevan State University, which he graduated in 2005 with a degree of Doctor of Economics (PhD). Has many years of experience in the field investment services. He is married and has one daughter.
