The rights of the client

The purpose of the examination of complaints/claims filed by the clients is the implementation of actions directed at the elimination of violations, or possible violations, and their consequences, done in the process of providing investment services by the Company to the client. The process of examining the complaint/claim includes the filing by the client of the complaint/claim and the accepting of the complaint/claim by the Company, the examination of the complaint/claim and making of a decision, including disclosure of information to the client regarding the processes related to the complaint/claim in the course of examination. Clients can obtain information regarding complaints/claims by contacting the Company at the telephone number (010) 54 45 87. Complaints/claims can be submitted to the Company via the above mentioned number, as well as via postal address of the Company at bld. 1 Buzand St., location 50, Yerevan, Armenia, 0010. 

The procedure of examining the complaints/claims submitted by the clients can be found here, the dispute resolution explanatory bulletin (Appendix 1), brief description of the complaint/claim examination process (Appendix 2). Complaints/claims of the clients are accepted each business day, during the operational hours of the Company. At the client’s request the responsible employee will help the client to fill in the complaint/claim application form (Appendix 3). Upon filing the application the client will get a receipt certifying the acceptance of the application by the Company (Appendix 4).  

The company is obliged to provide a final written response (Appendix 5) to the client within 10 business days from the moment of receiving the complaint/claim from the latter, which shall contain a full and reasoned response to each query of the client. 

ANNOUNCEMENT 

In case, after receipt of the complaint/claim, within 10 working days the Company does not provide you with a written response, or if you are not satisfied with the final response to the complaint/claim, you are entitled to submit your claims, arising from the transactions concluded with the Company to the Financial System Mediator (address: 15 M. Khorenatsi St., «Elite Plaza» Business Center, 7th floor, Yerevan, Armenia, 0010, tel.: (010) 58-23-22¸ 58-23-21¸ fax: (010) 58-24-21, website: www.fsm.am).

We would like to inform that the Investment Company «Future Capital Market Ltd» has not concluded an agreement on refusal of its right to appeal against decisions of the Financial System Mediator.

Any person has the right to acquire information defined in Article 16, Article 120 and part 1 of Article 126 of the RA law on Securities Market. The information defined in the above mentioned Articles of the RA law on Securities Market shall be provided by the Company free of charge, within 1 business day after receipt of a written request.
