By the participants of the general meeting held on 12.05.14 a decision has been made regarding the payment of dividends.
Increase of the Charter Capital
By the decision of the president of the RA Central Bank number 1/237Ա dated 14.03.2011 the charter of the Investment Company «Future Capital Market Ltd» has been registered in a new edition, according to which the charter capital of the Company has been increased by AMD 64 million, thus making AMD 164 million at present.
