On 21.03.2013 the Investment Company "Future Capital Market" LLC has been granted by the Central Depository of Armenia OJSC with status of an Account Operator and of a member of the settlement system of the regulated market, with which, in accordance with the RA law on Securities Market, normative legal acts adopted based on it, and the contract concluded with the Central Depository of Armenia OJSC, the Company gained the right for mediation for services provided by the Central Depository of Armenia OJSC with the purpose of registration, custody and trading of securities in the regulated market.
