Dealership services is considered as the execution of securities transactions by the Company at its expense and on its behalf.
Within the dealership services the Company carries out the transactions with the Armenian government and non-government securities, in particular
- buying and selling of the Armenian government bonds
- buying and selling of the Armenian non-government bonds
- buying and selling of the shares.
The Company conducts transactions in securities as in ‘NASDAQ OMX Armenia’ OJSC, as well as in unregulated market.
